I hate that I have to ask you this, because it feels like I'm breaking a commitment I made to you, and I appreciated the accommodation you made for me to stay at this particular site, but I have to ask.

Can you find someone else to lock the gate at night? I'm not getting enough sleep. I thought I could do it, but it doesn't match my natural patterns, so I've been sleeping far less than I should be.

And I just want to say I appreciated yesterday a lot and I hope you won't be a stranger. I think you might have noticed I'm a little off right now. I am dealing with some pretty heavy things right now and I haven't processed it all. Hopefully
I'll be back to my old self soon.
