[Program Manager],

I'm forwarding you an email I sent on February 12, 2025 — three days after [Park Manager] confronted me, six weeks before you permanently expelled me from all Oregon State Parks volunteer programs.

Read it.

In it, I explicitly commit to conforming. I ask them to get to know me. I offer to recalibrate. I say I'll be a model volunteer.

If you had investigated — if you had done your job — you would have found this email. You would have seen a volunteer attempting reconciliation in good faith after being subjected to managerial intimidation.

Instead, you weaponized confidential disclosures from my supervisor. You issued a permanent ban explicitly citing my protected speech. You ignored their documented abuse and punished me for naming it.

You are protecting abusers. This is black and white.

I have now added this email to the permanent archive, along with considerable additional evidence of institutional retaliation and identity-based targeting.

It was your job to protect me.

Instead, you expelled me permanently while explicitly citing my speech as the cause — while ignoring theirs.

I am now filing a formal complaint with federal authorities regarding your retaliation against protected First Amendment activity.

You are the liability I am going after.
