One other note.

The attempted delivery on August 24 occurred during the Department's posted business hours. The Department was on notice that this payment was in transit; I provided the tracking number on August 21. No one signed for it.

It is now being held at your local post office. I have requested USPS attempt delivery again and that is what the service request number references.

I would like to remind you again I am a member of the public who has treated you with respect and dignity, paying for records that should have been provided to me for free, documenting an encounter with your agency that never should have occurred in the first
place, because of an archive that factually represents what another agency did to my constitutional rights.

I assert you are protecting a corrupt act upon a corrupt act. Those documents are public information. I ask that you release them, in full, right now, unredacted.

I have a right to know the identity every man you sent to my home. And I have a right to know who sent them. You do not have a right to withhold that information from the public.
