I received your letter of July 23, 2026 regarding the litigation hold for CAD event SP26-097765. Thank you for confirming the hold and for identifying the standard by which it operates. My case is not resolved. This message serves as the confirmation your letter requests, and I will continue to confirm at the intervals you describe. Because your letter states the hold applies to any record included in my preservation request, I am setting out that scope explicitly so there is no ambiguity about what is covered. The following are all associated with the March 24, 2026 contact at my residence on restricted federal land in the Siltcoos corridor of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lane County, Oregon, reached through a locked gate off Siltcoos Beach Access Road. 1. CAD event SP26-097765 in full, including the complete audit trail, all edits, all entries and deletions, all timestamps, all user identifiers, and any field showing when and by whom my date of birth was entered. 2. All recorded dispatch communications relating to that event, including radio traffic, telephone lines, and any recorded call preceding or following it. 3. All body-worn camera and in-car video recordings from every officer present or dispatched, in original unedited form, including any footage recorded before arrival and after departure from the location. 4. All incident reports, supplemental reports, officer notes, and after-action documentation. 5. All electronic communications concerning me, this event, my name, my date of birth, my residence, the domain oprdvolunteerabuse.org, or my online activity, including email, text messages, and messaging on any state or personal device used for state business. 6. All communications between any Oregon State Police employee and any employee of the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department, the United States Forest Service, or the Oregon Department of Justice concerning me or this event. 7. Any record reflecting the source of my date of birth and the manner in which it entered any Oregon State Police system. 8. Any record reflecting the basis for the event's classification, including unit type, priority, call type, and the comment field entry stating the visit was made for the Forest Service. 9. All records concerning my public records requests PR27478 and PR36445, including internal communications regarding the search conducted, the responses issued, the fee assessed, and the exemption applied. 10. All backup copies, archived copies, and system snapshots of any of the above. I ask that the hold suspend any automated deletion, overwriting, or retention-schedule disposition applicable to these categories, including any short retention period governing body-worn camera footage. Please confirm that the hold as applied covers this scope, and identify any category listed above that it does not cover. Regards, Robert Samuel White
