To the Attorney General:

Please find my attached petition for a Public Records Order. It concerns 
the Office of the Governor's denial of my fee waiver on September 22, 
2026, and is filed under ORS 192.324(6) and ORS 192.411.

This is a new petition. It is not a request to reconsider the order of 
September 24 in DOJ File No. 121010-GA0187-26, which the statute 
provides no mechanism for.
