Attached is my complaint of September 23, 2026, addressed to the Special Agent in Charge, regarding Detective Jake Hyde of Oregon State Police, who serves as a Task Force Officer with the Portland FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. He used FBI accounts, FBI personnel, and federal databases against me in a matter he put in writing was not an FBI case. He distributed my name from his FBI account to FBI personnel on March 6, 2026. He wrote on March 11 that it was not an FBI case. He pulled my driver's record and a report titled "ReportRobertWhite.pdf" through federal systems on March 13. On March 24 he came through a locked gate into a secured federal facility where I live and work. The case detective's report of April 15 states there is no evidence I committed any crimes. I am asking that Hyde be investigated, and that the FBI state what it created and retains about me. A complaint on this matter is before the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General as of this morning. Every fact is cited to the Oregon State Police production of September 3, 2026, public in full at oprdvolunteerabuse.org. Robert Samuel White P.O. Box 334, Reedsport, Oregon 97467
