If you have other positions for February and March available, I'd love to consider them with you. The one thing I'm hesitant about is Yurt cleaning. I'm doing that this month and even promised to deep clean two of the yurts here so I'll get
a sense of what that's like starting on Sunday.

It's not the labor that's the issue for me. I much prefer being outdoors for one thing (wanting to escape containment is why I moved into an RV in the first place). And while I understand the store position is indoors, I'd at least be able to
socialize and help others and I would love that.

I'd become an expert on your park and all the things related to dunes (I know nothing now but I'll learn - I'll research this like crazy). I'd also spend quite a lot of time watching everyone on the dunes because I want to understand this culture
and pattern match their activities (how they drive, how they manage the terrain, what causes them to get stuck, how they interact with each other, etc, etc).

Another volunteer told me about the host placement you're talking about in h loop and I understand it's considered loud and some hosts find this undesirable. I'm not that person. I'll embrace the chaos of your unique community!

You know - you're only 20 miles from me. I'd be happy to come up there and meet you in person if you're open to that?

Oh - I should mention I really want to be a park ranger. Volunteering for me is a way of making inroads and learning as much as I can about the Oregon State Park system.
