Hi Sam,

I asked [Park staff] , our park specialist, about it.  Turns out the cash drawer does not always work.  A few months ago, it kicked open every time, but we were having issues with the printer.  We now no longer have issues with the printer, but now have issues with the cash drawer not kicking open after each transaction.   I would still watch your fingers as it may decide to work some days.
