If you are willing to work the whole shift that day, it would be much appreciated.  Looking at next month's schedule I am going to end up swapping your days off to Friday and Saturday, so after you work the 10-6pm shift on Friday the 28th you would then have another day off on Saturday the 1st as it leads into the new month's days off schedule.
