[Program Manager], During the call in which you were executing the sequence to expel me, I recorded you try to paint me as unhinged. You claimed I had no intention of leaving Honeyman, a truly absurd argument when right in front of you, on the very computer screen I could hear you typing on, you could easily see I had an entire year planned around volunteering at some of my favorite places on the coast. An entire year is what you robbed me of. There's no excuse for the way you talked to me in that call. It was deeply unethical. And what you did after was illegal. You have literally broken the law, under the color of law, making it far worse. I now direct your attention to this letter I wrote [Volunteer Services Lead]. It is what triggered [Park Manager] to call me and say I was still being a problem. Because I had the audacity to ask [Volunteer Services Lead] what to do with my assigned items when I transferred to Tugman in less than a week. Proof, again, that the story you were sold, and the one you tried to pollute my reputation with, that you used to expel me permanently from something I loved, civic participation, was based on a complete fiction. And you weaponized it wholesale - and I recorded it. 313 days, [Program Manager]. How long are you going to violate my constitutional rights for? Your silence doesn't protect you. It indicts you.
