Correction and Clarification

March 26, not March 27.

Accuracy matters. I correct the record where necessary.

I want to be clear about my position.

[Program Manager]’s dismissal email, standing alone, satisfies every element of liability under 42 U.S.C. §1983.

It does so independently, without reliance on inference, testimony, or institutional context.

That letter will define the scope of my initial claim. Nothing more is required.

However, the actions — and inactions — of others after notice will be addressed separately. Each of you was given the opportunity to correct a documented constitutional violation. Each of you chose silence.

Silence does not neutralize liability. It compounds it.
