I know why you wrote what you wrote.

I know your lawyers have already seen everything I've sent. I know they've counseled silence because it's the only move you have that doesn't make things worse.

You miscalculated.

Every single one of you keep miscalculating.

I haven't sued you yet because I intend to do it once, and do it right. I'm working two jobs and volunteering for the Forest Service. I'm building what I need. I'm not in a hurry. I have over a year left on my claims and I am using every day of it.

When I bring this case it will be the sharpest possible version of it. Every document. Every timestamp. Every recorded word. Every email you've received and chosen to ignore. Every day of the counter. All of it.

Against all of you. Individually and collectively.

You've had 342 days to do the right thing.

You chose this instead.

And still: I offer you a chance to choose differently. There's still time. Your time runs out the day I file the paperwork, or the day someone else finds this and the story moves beyond all of our control.

You will not bury this.
