There is a page on the archive you should read.

oprdvolunteerabuse.org/attorney

It says what it says plainly. I am seeking representation. The terms are set. No settlement. No NDA. United States Supreme Court if necessary.

I want to be equally plain with you.

I cannot be bought. I cannot be silenced. A check with conditions attached is not accountability and I will not treat it as one.

What makes this page unnecessary is the same thing that has always made it unnecessary.

Accountability.

Not a conversation about moving forward. Not a mutual acknowledgment that things could have gone differently. Not language designed to close a file.

An honest reckoning with what was done to an unpaid volunteer on public land by people whose positions required better of them.

You know what happened. You have the archive. You have the recordings. You have the letter with your institution's name on it citing protected speech as the basis for permanent dismissal.

Every action you have taken from the beginning has worsened your position. I do not expect better from you now.

This is notification.
