Director Sumption, Deputy Director Collier, I filed a supplemental exhibit with the Attorney General today in my public records petition against Oregon State Police, PR27478. It is attached, along with the underlying document. On July 23, 2026, the District Ranger for the Central Coast Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest, wrote to me regarding the entry in the Oregon State Police dispatch record for March 24, 2026 reading "FOR THE FOREST SERVICE." Her email states that the Forest Service did not initiate the interview, and that its involvement was limited to providing access to a secured facility. I am providing it to you because it is now part of the record in a proceeding before the Attorney General concerning an event that followed from your agency's actions. Robert Samuel White
