oprdvolunteerabuse.org/qp.json. It holds the case summary, an index of all 438 and counting accountability documents, the nine evidence pages, and the thirteen primary recordings with their full transcripts and analysis.

Any person can paste that one link into any AI system and ask it anything about this case. What happened at the picnic table. What the dispatch record says. What each of you wrote, and when, and what you did not write. The system follows the indexes to every
letter, every response, and every recording, down to the transcripts themselves.

It does not have to take my word for anything. It reads the record directly, the same as you've been able to do for eighteen months.

I tested it before publishing. An independent system, given nothing but that URL, located a specific recording by identifier, crossed between two domains, distinguished the primary evidence from the analytical passes, and answered accurately. It also noted
that the reading instructions I attached constrain how the material may be characterized and that it would still apply its own judgment to what the evidence supports. That is exactly what I built it to do.

A journalist, a legislator, a lawyer, an investigator, or any member of the public can now examine this entire record in the time it takes to ask a question and share a link.

Nothing in it has changed. Your letters are preserved as you sent them. The recordings are unedited. The analysis is labeled as analysis and is regenerable from the evidence, so anyone may check it against the source. I have added no claims and removed none
of my own errors.
