This is notice that I have opened a public legal and technical fund.

Its stated purpose is to retain a constitutional attorney and file a First Amendment retaliation claim against the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department and the Oregon State Police, to compel the release of the public records currently being withheld, and
to establish protections for volunteers who have none.

A former client of ten years, with no involvement in this matter, read the archive and offered without being asked to match every donation up to five thousand dollars.

I am notifying you because I have notified you of everything.

For eighteen months I have written to each of you before I acted. Every request, every letter, and every payment to a public records officer has been preceded by a written statement of what I intended to do and why. Nothing in this matter has ever reached you
as a surprise, and this does not either.

I have also stated, in writing and repeatedly, what ends it. And what ends it is telling the truth and correcting your mistakes.

Who sent the man to the yurts. Who sent the police to my home on the anniversary of my dismissal. Withdrawal of the March 26, 2025 letter that bans me from civic participation.
And protections for the unpaid people your parks depend on to operate.

Whether it takes a day or a year or a decade, I will continue my efforts to ensure an accurate record of my time at Oregon State Parks, and to stand between you and the next person you would abuse.
