This is coming from our District Ranger Michele Holman if we every run into this, (it has not been an issue here but good info).

People have the right to film public employees performing job duties on public property.  If you see someone filming, I think the best thing to do is leave them alone.  You could say hello and ask them if they need any help or directions. If they say no- then leave them alone.

I would be surprised if we see any of these folks...but if we do, they will likely be outside on the sidewalks or parking lots and maybe even in the lobbies.

We don't want to end up on a YouTube channel about violating first amendment rights.  We do want to call our LEOs to notify them that there is a first amendment auditor.
