I have completed a Host/Caretaker Incident Report for the visit that occurred on March 24, 2026. It documents the officers' arrival on restricted federal land, the interaction at the door, the follow up phone call from the officer identifying himself as Matt
Oliver with badge number 555 out of Springfield, his refusal today to provide the other officers' names and contact information, and the license plate number captured on camera — 731 QRV.

I have attached a digital copy to this message and would appreciate it if one of you could pick it up at your earliest convenience. Or perhaps have Oliver meet with me. It is important I learn the identity of these officers.

On a personal note, I am sorry for this trouble, but it is entirely caused by others. I am doing what any reasonable person would do when confronted with this form of abuse of power. If this was legitimate, the officer would have provided me with meaningful
information. It is my belief that if this was not sanctioned, the statute posted at that gate was violated.
