Hi Sam, I had asked [Park host] to open the gates on Wednesday and Thursday. He has been a bit forgetful when it comes to opening the gates because he only does it twice a week. They didn't open it this morning. I'll take care of it. Can you let me address it with them so they don't feel called out? Thanks. ________________________________ From: Robert Samuel White Sent: Wednesday, February 19, 2025 6:53:17 AM To: [Volunteer Services Lead] Subject: Question Good morning, [Volunteer Services Lead]. I hate that I have to ask you this, because it feels like I'm breaking a commitment I made to you, and I appreciated the accommodation you made for me to stay at this particular site, but I have to ask. Can you find someone else to lock the gate at night? I'm not getting enough sleep. I thought I could do it, but it doesn't match my natural patterns, so I've been sleeping far less than I should be. And I just want to say I appreciated yesterday a lot and I hope you won't be a stranger. I think you might have noticed I'm a little off right now. I am dealing with some pretty heavy things right now and I haven't processed it all. Hopefully I'll be back to my old self soon. Now I'm going to go enjoy my "weekend." Take care. Sam
