I received my first notification from the system OPRD uses to process public records requests. This implies OPRD changed something on their end of the software today. I will request an audit from CivicPlus to determine what that change was and when it occurred. While this request is now marked closed, I reserve the right to challenge OPRD's handling of it, including the 90+ days of silence, the lack of accessible notification, and the timing of today's system notification.
