On April 14, 2026, I sent a formal response to your cost estimate dated April 10, 2026, regarding my public records request submitted April 2, 2026. That letter demanded a fee waiver, revised cost estimates with specific justification, and immediate production of low-cost items.

Thirteen days have passed. I have received no response.

I am following up to confirm receipt of my April 14 letter and to request a response within seven days of this message.

If I do not receive a fee waiver decision, revised estimates, or production of the low-cost items by that date, I will pursue the legal remedies outlined in my prior letter without further notice.
