Director Sumption, This morning, in response to public records request R027904, ODOT Public Records wrote: "ODOT does not know what was sent or received on OPRD devices. We confirmed with Lisa Sumption there were no communications on ODOT devices and that any communications responsive to your request were on OPRD devices." The Department attributes this confirmation to you personally. This is a notification, not a question. If you do not dispute the statement, the record will treat it as accurate: no communications concerning me exist on ODOT systems from your interim tenure, and anything responsive lives on OPRD devices, which my pending records request to your Department already reaches.
