To whom it concerns: Attached is the story your agency told the police about me: the "Timeline of Events," ten months in the writing. After it comes the record: every claim answered in order, with a permanent public link for every fact. One entry is enough. Your document describes a conversation dated February 12, 2025, in which I discussed withdrawing my job application. I applied for that job on the night of February 12. I did not withdraw it until February 16. A conversation about my withdrawal could not have happened on the day I applied. The date is false. And the rest of your story depends on it. And your document says I withdrew "because" your supervisor asked what my plans were for the summer. On March 5, 2025, on tape, that supervisor says she "interpreted" my withdrawal as a response to something she said, and confirms I never made it an issue with her. The author of your document knew that recording existed — she called me about it on March 10, 2025. She printed the interpretation as fact anyway. Your document is wrong that way throughout, and every event it describes is already in the record: the emails, the recordings, all of it public and linked. That is why I documented everything contemporaneously. The last edit to your document was January 21, 2026. Its final entry is my notice of a lawsuit. Six weeks later, the document was in the hands of the Oregon State Police, and two months after its last edit, armed officers came to my door. Your own document records nothing in between: no threat, no crime, no new event. A legal notice, and then police. This document may be revised if necessary. You will be notified when it is. Every revision will be public the same day, and free to read. Yours took a year, a police records request, and a cashier's check to see at all, and it does not include the twenty-three revisions you made in that time. I'll be pursuing those too of course.
