This is a request under ORS 192.311 to 192.431.

On September 3, 2026, the Oregon State Police produced a document titled "Timeline of Events: Robert Samuel White (Sam)" under PR27478. The file's properties record its author as [Program Manager], its creation as March 25, 2025 at 7:02 a.m., its last modification as January 21, 2026, twenty-three revisions, and 193 minutes of editing time. I request:

1. Every version and revision of this document, from its creation to the present, as maintained anywhere on Department systems: SharePoint or OneDrive version histories, autosaved copies, drafts, local copies, and copies of any version attached to or embedded in email.

2. The version history log for the file: the date, time, and account associated with each saved version.

3. Every email, internal or external, that transmitted any version of this document, including the transmission to the Oregon State Police, with attachments as sent.

4. Every document the Timeline cites as a source, and every version and revision of each, in native format with metadata intact, by the filenames that appear in its text:

For each, this includes SharePoint or OneDrive version histories, autosaved copies, drafts, and the version log with the date, time, and account for each save. The filenames are reproduced exactly as the Timeline cites them, including any errors in the citations themselves.

Please produce native electronic files with metadata intact, not printouts or scans.

Attached: the document as the Oregon State Police produced it under PR27478. Its file properties contain the author, creation date, modification date, revision count, and editing time cited above.

These records are within the scope of my tort claim notice served September 3, 2026, and the preservation obligations that follow from it. Please confirm they are preserved.

I request a fee waiver in the public interest. The document concerns a private citizen and was delivered to law enforcement; its revision history and source documents bear directly on the integrity of that act. The release will be to the public record at oprdvolunteerabuse.org, where the Department's document and my response to it are already published.
