This is a notification of a substantive rewrite of chapter two of my testimony. My systems are currently reprocessing the citations for the new chapter two. Every paragraph will have them when it finishes. I don't actually want to send you this notification. You have done nothing to earn it. And I did not write it for you. And I don't care what you think about it. But I called it testimony, and I put it in the archive. So you are hereby notified I will continue to edit this document, because it is my story to tell, and I enjoy telling it. The document has a revisions feature. Every version in it is permanent.
