I have made a decision.

I will not contact you or anyone else at OPRD moving forward except under the following conditions:
I will continue to conduct business on my public records requests with your public records officers.

I will respond to any direct communication I receive from your institution.

I am making this decision now because the record is complete, my testimony is available, and the archive is ready for transmittal to other public bodies.

I have given your institution every conceivable good faith a person can. And it was met with what it was met with.
