Ms. Greenlee:

You are a public official who wrote characterizations about an individual who did nothing but create records and deposit them into the inboxes where he felt those records belonged. You placed characterizations into a file this individual cannot see and therefore cannot correct and yet those characterizations can be used against him without him ever knowing why or how or for how long. This email to you was not a courtesy. I expect a response explaining the unethical behavior and what you intend to do to correct any false statements you have placed in your systems. I will file a complaint about this with your very agency if the response is not satisfactory.
