Attached are my complaint of September 23, 2026, the statement documenting the March 13, 2026 transfer, and my testimony, v1.10.
A Portland FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force Task Force Officer distributed my name to FBI personnel, then moved my driver's record and a report about me from his FBI account into a state case file he had declared, in writing two days earlier, was not an FBI case. The matter had no criminal predicate at any point. The state's own file closed with "there is no evidence White has committed any crimes."
I ask the Office of the Inspector General to examine the authority for the transfer, what the FBI created and retains about me, and the supervision of dual-role officers across the state-federal seam. The involved personnel and the accountability chain are copied on this email.
Every fact is cited to the Oregon State Police production of September 3, 2026, public in full at oprdvolunteerabuse.org.
