Senator Wyden, Attached is my letter of September 23, 2026. An Oregon State Police detective who also serves as a task force officer with the Portland FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force distributed my name to FBI personnel, then moved my driver's record and a report about me from his FBI account into a state case file he had declared, in writing two days earlier, was not an FBI case. The matter never had a criminal predicate. The state's own file closed with "there is no evidence White has committed any crimes." I am asking what authority permitted the March 13, 2026 transfer, what the FBI created and retains about me, and who audits the movement of information across the state-federal seam by dual-role officers.
