Thank you for these records. I will publish them to oprdvolunteerabuse.org.

You have stated throughout an extensive search was conducted. I am comfortable taking that assertion at face value and thank you for your integrity in responding to this public records request.

Because you have indicated there is no tracking of this policy at your layer of government, despite being the agency that created the policy, it is less surprising you lack data on my case. I want you to know I suspect that policy was used on me at OPRD. The
facts surrounding how they treated me for documenting their misconduct on camera - from the way the program manager treated the recording to an unidentified man questioning me while everyone was away to dismissing me without notice or cause with 24 hours to
vacate, also on camera - to police at my door behind a locked gate on restricted federal land on the one year anniversary of that dismissal - which OSP claimed at the time was for the Forest Service (which they've denied in writing).

These acts together constitute the worst treatment of my entire life. I sought accountability and nothing more. I documented my treatment, and OPRD escalated all the way to armed men trying to intimidate me. And I strongly suspect this policy was inverted and
used on me.

I think you have a duty to find out. As for the PRR, please consider it closed.
