Preferably we try to open and close them around the posted hours, mainly for the park quiet hours which begin at 10pm and end at 7 am.  It likely won’t be an issue if it gets opened around 6 am as there aren’t that many people that use it early in the morning.  As far as closing, if it were a little after 10, say 10:30, it wouldn’t be the end of the world, but we do try to get it closed around 10 to line up with the posted quiet hours as it helps prevent campers from driving around their loud OHV’s after quiet hours.
