Thank you for letting me know about the issues with your golf cart, my apologies the cover no longer closes properly, unfortunately those zipper covers just don’t last. I’m not sure if we have a replacement for it but we might.

I was also unaware we had a cart that was experience issues during operation so thank you for bringing that to our attention as well. We may have a cart we can swap out somewhere.

I’ve CC’d Ranger [Park staff] on this so he can have it on his radar, if he’s unable to address it today I’ll see if I can scrounge something up tomorrow morning.

FYI the team will be out of the park this week Tuesday ~10am to Thursday ~1pm. Our Ranger Assistants David, Faye and Daniel will be primary contacts while we’re at a meeting, but if you can’t get a hold of them please call me or [Park Manager] :)
