This archive contains comprehensive documentation of systematic psychological pressure, coercive tactics, and institutional retaliation that culminated in my permanent expulsion from all OPRD volunteer programs in March 2025.

I reported this abuse to Director Sumption with comprehensive evidence. No investigation occurred. No protections were implemented. No accountability was enforced.

When I filed a Public Records Request, OPRD remained silent for 90 days, then quoted tens of thousands of dollars in fees.

Director Sumption closed communication in December 2025, reframing documentation as "emotional processing."

As Interim Director, you inherit institutional responsibility for this documented pattern.

- Documented surveillance by unidentified operative.

- Evidence of retaliation against protected First Amendment activity.
