I have filed an official Host/Caretaker Incident Report with the Siuslaw National Forest documenting the visit of March 24, 2026.

 

I am attaching a digital copy for your records.

 

After my discussion with the officer today, I do not believe this matter was officially sanctioned, and because it happened on restricted federal land, it violated posted federal statute at the gate they entered
through.

 

Every officer who was here and whomever sent them and everyone who is silent about it now holds personal liability and a fresh clock on the statute of limitations.

 

I await a substantive response from you regarding this very serious abuse of government power.
