I am writing to document an incident that occurred on May 3, 2026 at the Siltcoos Work Center, U.S. Forest Service, Florence, Oregon, 97439.

A box bearing Bi-Mart branding, containing spent 12-gauge shotgun shells, was left in the road directly in front of my gate. The box and ground beneath it were wet with urine, indicating the act occurred recently and in proximity to my residence. I observed
this during daylight hours.

I am retaining the box and its contents as physical evidence.

I am notifying you of this incident given the context established by the law enforcement visit to this same location on March 24, 2026, which occurred on the anniversary of my dismissal from Honeyman State Park and which I have documented as further retaliation
for protected speech.

I make no claim as to who is responsible. I am creating a record.

I will not be intimidated. My life and work here are separate from my conflict with your institution. If anyone within your institution is responsible for these escalations, they are acting outside any ethical or professional boundary and I will hold your institution
accountable for whatever follows. I am also installing security cameras at this location.

Every action I have taken has been documented, named, and submitted through legitimate channels — public records requests, letters to commissioners, correspondence to the governor's office, a public archive with my name on it. I have asked for accountability
for a wrong that could have been acknowledged and resolved over a year ago.

In response, your institution sent law enforcement to my federal residence over protected speech. Someone left a box of urine-soaked shotgun shells at my gate.

The distance between those two things is the record.
