Mr. White,

I wanted to follow up with additional information about your public records request. You requested we provide all documents outlined in the invoice that could be provided without additional staff time. Below is a list of those items. You can download the files from these links, they are too large to attach in an email.

You also requested a fee waiver. We have provided cost estimates at the reduced rate outlined in OAR 736-001-0030(2). The invoice provided earlier, and attached, includes a description of the staff time for these estimates. If you would like to narrow your request, those amounts may be reduced or eliminated.

In addition to the documents below, we are reviewing emails to see if there are any that meet your request around law enforcement. I am hopeful to have that information for you in the next week.

Thank you,
Katie

1. All policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines related to volunteer management, discipline, and termination (2020-present)
Agency Response: Available for download https://files.oprd.oregon.gov/index.php/s/Y7HKnH9zKE8SXWP

2. All training materials provided to staff regarding volunteer supervision and communication
Agency Response: Available for download https://files.oprd.oregon.gov/index.php/s/Y7HKnH9zKE8SXWP
am not aware of any policies or procedures related to volunteer to employee transitions. For internal hiring processes, is this related to volunteers and if we treated them as internals? I think a little more clarification may help.

20. All documentation of corrective actions, policy changes, or training implemented following volunteer-related incidents
Agency Response: Available for download https://files.oprd.oregon.gov/index.php/s/Y7HKnH9zKE8SXWP
32. All policies and procedures related to volunteer-to-employee transitions or internal hiring processes
Agency Response: There are no OPRD policies or procedures related to volunteer to employee transitions. If a volunteer wants to work as an employee they would have to go through the normal process as an external candidate and only eligible to apply if the job is posted as an open competitive recruitment. They do not get to apply for agency only or statewide recruitments.
