It contains 199 documents. Every letter I sent and every response I received is posted in date order, as a PDF and as the unmodified original email file as it was sent or received.

You are referred to by role. Park Supervisor. Park Manager. Volunteer Services Lead. Program Manager. Your names do not appear in any page, heading, caption, or description I have written, in any part of the archive. I removed them, and they will not be restored.
This means search engines and other archiving tools will not archive your names as part of this project, and if any have previously, they will naturally update on their independent schedules.

That is a choice about emphasis. What happened in that park was very serious, but it went well beyond you, and your part belongs in the record as what it was, inside something that grew through every level above you that touched it. Emphasizing your actions
at this point would deemphasize the larger pattern I documented, and thus the archive chooses not to bear your names forward.

One limit you should know about. The archive publishes unmodified email originals so that anyone can verify them independently without relying on my rendering of any document. Those files carry their original headers and text. Where your names appear in correspondence,
they remain in those files. They cannot be removed without destroying the thing that makes the record verifiable. Identity is not protected there, because it cannot be. But they are not the kind of files that are automatically indexed.

The record is now complete and it is accurate.
