Each page lists, in date order, correspondence between that agency and me. Each entry is posted in two forms: a PDF rendering, and the unmodified original email file (.eml) as it was sent or received.

The .eml files retain their original message headers, including DKIM cryptographic signatures applied by the sending domain. A DKIM signature is generated by the sender's mail server and covers the message body and specified headers. Any alteration to the content
of a signed message invalidates the signature. These files are published unedited so that the authenticity and integrity of each message can be verified independently, without reference to me and without reliance on my rendering of any document.

Every exhibit filed with the Attorney General in the pending petitions appears on these pages in the same form in which it was filed.

Publication is ongoing. Additional correspondence is being extracted and posted, and the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department record is not yet complete. These pages will continue to be updated as that work proceeds.
