One further question regarding the CAD record for event SP26097765, released under PR27478.

The record identifies two DPSST numbers. DPSST #56397 is listed as the primary unit, Trooper Jake Hyde. DPSST #48454 is listed as having created the event at 08:41:32 and as the author of the event comment.

Who is DPSST #48454?

I would also ask for that individual's rank and assignment at the time of the event.

The record you released was reviewed for exempt material with none identified, and it already contains the DPSST number itself. I do not see a basis on which the name associated with a DPSST number that appears in a released record would be withheld.
