I am writing regarding PR27478 and the records that request encompassed.

My request of April 3, 2026 sought all records related to the March 24, 2026 visit to my residence, including dispatch logs and all communications related to the planning, authorization, or coordination of that visit. The CAD record you released on July 14
is responsive to that request. It is not the whole of what is responsive to it.

The CAD identifies DPSST #48454, Tawny Woodward, an Oregon State Police dispatcher, as having created event SP26097765 at 08:41:32 and as the author of the event comment, "FOR THE FOREST SERVICE // FOLLOWUP INTERVIEW W/ ROBERT WHITE."

A dispatcher does not originate an event. She records one. That entry, my date of birth, and the location "Siltcoos Work Center" were communicated to her by someone. That communication is a record, and it is responsive to my request.

I am therefore requesting the following, and I note that these should have been produced as part of PR27478:

1. All audio recordings of radio and telephone communications between Oregon State Police dispatch and any person, on March 24, 2026, relating to event SP26097765 or to me by name, including but not limited to any communication in which the event was requested,
initiated, or described.

2. Any recorded line, non-emergency line, or administrative line communication in which my name, my date of birth, or the location "Siltcoos Work Center" was conveyed to dispatch.

3. All CAD audit trail data for event SP26097765, including entry, modification, and access logs.

4. Any written communication -- email, message, or note -- received by dispatch or by the responding unit relating to this event.

If any of these records exist and were not produced under PR27478, I ask that you state why they were not, given that the request expressly sought dispatch logs and communications relating to the planning, authorization, or coordination of the visit.

If any portion is withheld, please cite the specific statutory exemption claimed for each withheld record. I renew my request for a fee waiver on public interest grounds; I am not seeking this for commercial purposes.

I would also note that Oregon State Police retains recorded communications for a limited period. I have had a litigation preservation notice on file with Oregon State Police since April 2, 2026, and I am restating it here: these recordings are subject to that
notice and must be preserved.
