I received a general notice today from Central Records stating that requests must now be submitted through an electronic form and that email is no longer accepted. Please confirm that this does not affect PR27478, which is open, reopened by the Department on
July 27, and the subject of a pending petition before the Attorney General, and that correspondence in that matter continues by email.
