There is one other thing I would like to say about this. That fee letter appesrs designed explicitly to create this kind of confusion. You have a place for a list with checkmarks. One item in it, checked. Where is the unchecked item referring to body camera
footage?

Any reasonable person looking at that form letter would conclude the same thing I did -- that you responded with one item and did not disclose any others. To this date, four months later, I have been given no itemized list of what the state holds in this matter.

I also want to state that yes, you are facing a pro se citizen who will make mistakes, but he will correct them, and he will ask that every person with authority over this matter respond with the same kind of integrity and reasonableness he has displayed toward
them throughout.

Three men with guns came to my door, behind a locked gate, on restricted federal land, on the anniversary of a dismissal over my constitutionally protected speech. One of them wrote in a dispatch log they were there on behalf of another agency, and that agency
denied that characterization in writing.

I have a right to know -- and the public has a right to know -- why they were there.
