Dear Ms. Hubbard and Ms. Bolton:

This message is to notify you I have secured the necessary funds to pay for the production of public documents regarding me. I will be sending the cashier's check tomorrow. It will not include the letter. I have no ability to print it and the law does not require
that I do so. You asked for a fee. I am paying it, with real hardship.

There is one other thing I would like to say to both of you.

I would like to remind you that I am a member of the public. That your office is designed specifically to serve someone like me. But that it doesn't feel that way from this side of the exchange. I ask professional, competent questions to both of you and they
are met with silence. The one time you reply at all is when you think you've caught me in a mistake you can exploit, and you attack from both sides. That is what it feels like for a member of the public to interact with a public body designed to serve the
public, in an office specifically meant to supply that public with public documents. I would like to remind you of that.

Tomorrow I will send you a tracking number.
