Mr. White- Good Morning.  It's a beautiful day here in Waldport and I hope the sun is shining at Siltcoos as well.

I had the opportunity to talk with Patrol Officer Felicia Sloan this morning about the incident you describe in your e-mail.  Unfortunately, the only information I have relates to the Forest Service and you seem to already have that information- Patrol Officer Felicia Sloan and Special Agent Matt Oliver.

The other two officers were with Oregon State Police. The Oregon State Police website has contact information and it should help you find a contact that can point you in the right direction in helping you get the information you seek.  It's not the specific information you are looking for but I am hoping it will help you get those answers.

I know you are concerned about your safety and are concerned about the law enforcement visit. I want to make sure to let you know that we have an agreement with Lane County Sherriff's Office for the use of the Siltcoos Work Center.  They will be there on occasion to pick up and drop off ATVs and will be there working on ATVs as needed.  I don't want you to be caught off guard by their presence.

I appreciate everything you have done for us as a volunteer.  I understand you are looking to find a new volunteer placement because you no long feel safe. Until you find that place to land, I hope that we can continue the positive relationship.
